Goodbye Munich, hello Hamburg!

Today, I took the plane from Munich to Hamburg. It's a pretty short flight, just about an hour. I did a final walk through downtown Munich before catching the subway to the airport and took a few impressions.

My sister picked me up in Hamburg and I took the pictures of her below on the bus. The weather in Hamburg stinks - it's a little warmer (not if you consider the windchill) and raining. I guess California is making me soft ;)

Anyways, it's good to be back. I'm going to give a short talk at the university tomorrow, but other than that it's all about being with friends and family.
