Winter

I'm back in Munich for just a day and winter is here. Everything is covered in snow. Trees look especially spectacular as each individual branch is coated in white. The best part however is the sound. The snow just eats up all the noise and it's wonderfully quiet. I think about whether the world was this quiet before cars and planes and radios - even in summer? Probably not - bummer.
