De Young First Anniversary

This Friday night we went to the de Young museum to celebrate their first anniversary and it was loads of fun! Cecile and I got to the city a bit late, but we finally made it to the event around 9:30. Unfortunately, we missed walking through some of the exhibitions. Instead, we had a nice glass (cup) of wine with everyone, which led to an arm-holding-out-straight challenge that Erica and Olivia won without even breaking into sweat. d'oh!

We then ventured inside to see the of Voices of Latin Rock All Stars with members from Malo, Santana, and Sly and the Family Stone, which was just fantastic. There's something about having a big stage inside a museum. Thanks Olivia for finding this great event!
