My Search Engine

I recently tried Google's custome search engine feature. In a nutshell, CSE allows the user to create a customized Google search by tweaking search results. The tool is clearly designed to restrict searches to a subset of websites - e.g. only sites that talk about music, etc.

However, I was looking for a filter on Google search that removes some legitimate, but annoying, commercial sites that show up on many of my searches. The main culprit for me is "www.experts-exchange.com" - a site that baits the search engine with answers to technical questions, but once you get there, you need to sign up for a paid account in order to see the answers. Very annoying!

The good news is, that it can be done - so here's my search engine: the whole web minus a few annoying web sites. sweet!
